How can I find what I am looking for?
We have tried to ensure that the site is easy to find the product, you can either
choose to search by product name (this can be entered in the quick search space),
by product category or by manufacturer.
Is there a minimum order amount?
Unlike some websites we offer low prices without a minimum spend limit. The prices
shown on our website are the price that you will pay including free delivery to
the mainland UK (surcharges apply to certain postcodes and islands off the mainland
for full details please see our delivery section). There are no hidden charges or
minimum order restrictions to get the price that is advertised.
What is a shopping basket?
It is a list of items that you compile as you shop with us, you pick the item that
you would like to order and then click on the add to basket logo, this will then
automatically add the item to your basket.
What if I make a mistake and order the wrong product?
The system will allow you to correct any errors and to remove any items that you
order in error, this can be done up until the time that you confirm your order at
the checkout.
What is a checkout?
This is identical to a checkout in a shop. This is where you confirm the order (ensuring
that you have selected the required product colour and accessories). You then confirm
the payment and delivery details for the order.
How do I know if the product is in stock?
All items in shop are ready for immediate dispatch from stock. Should a product
go out of stock then the system will be updated and an out of stock logo will appear
next to the item. On the rare occasion that the item goes out of stock after placing
in your basket and prior to checkout you will be notified by email.
Certain items such as nursery furniture and room sets may be sent direct from the
manufacturer. These items will be clearly marked on the product with an estimated
delivery time.
Are there certain times that I can place my order?
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day 365 days a year. The order will be processed
either that working day or the following working day, depending on what time the
orders are placed (for full details on this please read dispatch details).
Is there another way of ordering a product rather than on the internet?
We have a sales line that you can call to place your order, Please ensure that you
have all of the information in relation to the item/s that you wish to order before
you call.
