Delivery Information

Please note no deliveries will be dispatched until valid delivery address, postcode, email address & telephone number have been provided with the order.

Dispatch Email Notification

We aim to provide as much information as possible to enable you to track your order and to ensure that your delivery is not delayed because no one is available at your address to sign for and accept it.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. We aim to dispatch your order very quickly after it has been confirmed.

Items that are ordered Monday to Friday before 2pm are normally dispatched the same day.

If you require delivery to be on a specific day please email us at customerservices@babyoka.co.uk to confirm prior to placing the order.

Delivery Charge

All of the prices quoted on our website include free courier delivery to all of the UK if the order value is £29.99 or more. If the order value is less than £29.99 a charge of £6.99 will apply.

Delivery Options

All deliveries are dispatched on a Courier 48 service but, should you wish, you have the option to upgrade to the following services:

Courier 24 hour delivery (Mon - Fri) £1.99 (Northern Ireland £13.99)

Next day before noon delivery (Mon - Fri) £3.99 (Not available for Northern Ireland)

Saturday before noon delivery £13.99

Please note due to courier restrictions these upgrades are not possible with certain postcodes.

If your shipping address is in the Scottish highlands, islands or Isles of Scilly all items can only be dispatched on a Courier 48 service.

For outlying areas and off shore islands please allow at least 4 working days for delivery, although DHL aim to deliver before this time.

Please note that any time frame quoted for delivery is not a guaranteed delivery time. It is an estimated time given to us by the courier and we cannot be held responsible for any courier delay. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or otherwise, incurred through delay in delivery caused by our suppliers or any third party.

All deliveries require a signature. Should a delivery be attempted and no one is available at the address to provide a signature, a card with details of the parcel will be left at the address by DHL. Please contact them direct regarding re-delivery by following the instructions on the card. Call DHL customer services on 0870 1 100 300. We cannot be held responsible for any loss you may incur if your order is signed for by a third party.

If a parcel is returned to us after a card has been left at the address & no response has been received, or the parcel has been refused, you the customer will be held responsible for the full cost of returning the parcel to us. This amount will have to be received by us as well as the cost of resending your item before your parcel is re-dispatched. There will be no exceptions whatsoever.

We are unable to ship to The Channel Islands.

Courier

The courier company we use is DHL. We reserve the right to use a different courier at any time. All items are covered by the standard DHL insurance.

Not Received Your Order

I have received a dispatch email for my order but it is now over 7 days since it was sent and I have still not received my order.

Please check your tracking number online and this will give you the status of your parcel.

It may be that DHL have tried to deliver and have been unable to do so, possibly as they were unable to locate your address. If you find that your tracking number shows no attempt has been made to deliver your goods or that they have been delivered but you have not received them please email us immediately at customerservices@babyoka.co.uk and we will investigate the matter with the courier and attempt to offer a solution as soon as possible, (Mon-Fri).

The item I am buying is a gift

We are unable to offer a gift wrap service as the vast majority of the items we sell are very bulky and come boxed direct from the manufacturer.

We are happy to include a message in the box for the recipient. Please include the details at the time the product is ordered.

Will my item come in a certain type of packaging?

This will depend on the order. Large items will nearly always be shipped in the branded original box but smaller items or multiple items may be shipped in a box that has been recycled in our warehouse and may not contain the item that appears on the branded packaging.

I am buying more than one item, will they all be delivered together?

Where possible we will always try and ensure that all items purchased from us as one order are dispatched at the same time.

If for some reason this is not possible you will be advised by email. The number and size of the items ordered will depend how they are packed and how many parcels you will receive.
