We aim to answer the emails as soon as possible after receipt and normally the same working day, and always within 24 hours (Mon-Fri).

If you have not received a response within 2 working days then please re-send the email as we may not have received it.

Telephone sales & support is available 5 days a week during normal office hours.

We have numerous telephone lines & staff but please be patient as certain times of the day are extremely busy & you may be placed in a queue whilst we assist other customers.
